Booking Confirmation
To confirm a booking with MND Travels, a 30% advance payment is required.
Sightseeing Coverage
Sightseeing will be covered once along the route as per the itinerary. Any additional sightseeing or usage of the vehicle not mentioned in the itinerary will incur additional costs. Examples of additional sites include Lakhamandal, Tryugi Narayan, Auli, and Kalimath.
Additional Costs
Clients will be responsible for any additional costs incurred due to bad weather, road blockages, or unforeseen conditions. These costs must be paid directly by the client.
Unforeseen Conditions
MND Travels is not responsible for any issues arising from electricity breakdowns, water supply blockages, or other unforeseen conditions.
Helicopter Services
MND Travels is not responsible for helicopter flight delays or cancellations due to bad weather or technical issues.
Vehicle Conditions
All cabs provided by MND Travels will be non-AC. AC will only be operated in Dehradun, Haridwar, and Rishikesh. Tempo Travelers are non-AC unless specified as Deluxe or Super Deluxe, in which case AC Tempo Travelers are available.
Government Regulations
According to the Government of Uttarakhand regulations, Driving to better 4 am to 8 pm.
Local Traffic Regulations
Due to heavy traffic, local police may restrict entry in Rishikesh. Clients are requested to comply with local regulations and avoid pressuring the driver.
Legal Jurisdiction
Any legal disputes arising out of or related to the services provided by MND Travels will be subject to the jurisdiction of Dehradun.
